Dr. Ayoub, nominated the 1st chairman of the OB/GYN department, does surgery and delivers at Stonesprings Hospital. Dr. Ayoub has managed around 5,000 pregnancies in his career, making him extremely knowledgeable about prenatal, delivery and pregnancy care. Dr. Ayoub especially enjoys taking care of high-risk pregnancies. Although his practice has one of the lowest c/s rates last year, 17% according to Privia, cesarean sections and surgeries remain his most sought out expertise.
Dr. Jack P. Ayoub was born and raised in Chantilly, Virginia. After completing his residency as a chief resident, he joined a group practice. Dr. Ayoub gained valuable experience practicing with both physicians and midwives; delivering thousands of babies and obtaining extensive surgical experience over the last few years. However, he understands the desire of women to be seen and delivered by the same physician. Virginia Obstetrics & Gynecology was started to provide the type of care that women deserve.
Leanne brings over 20 years’ experience in women’s health, with a deep commitment ot providing compassionate, personalized care across every stage of life. She holds a Master’s of Science in Midwifery from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia; Midwifery Certificate from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and her BSN from Thomas Edison University, Trenton, NJ.
Leanne has an extensive background in both obstetric and gynecologic care, and will be focusing on office-based OB and GYN services. She has a wealth of experience supporting women through prenatal care, annual exams, contraceptive counseling and menstrual concerns. Her approach si warm, thorough, and rooted in respectful partnership with each patient.
Leanne is passionate about creating a space where women feel heard, informed, and empowered in health decisions. Originally from Pennsylvania, she is excited to become a part of the Virginia their community. As a mother and a grandmother, she brings not only clinical expertise but also deep appreciation for the importance of connection and continuity of care.
