Effective October 1, 2024, if it is necessary to cancel an appointment, patients are required to call or leave a message at least 24 hours before their appointment time. A charge of $100 will be assessed for each no show or late cancelled office visit appointment if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.

It is necessary for us to make appointments to see our patients as efficiently as possible. No-shows and late cancellations cause problems that go beyond a financial impact on our practice. When an appointment is made, it takes an available time slot away from another patient. No-
shows and late cancellations delay the delivery of healthcare to other patients. Notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt medical care.
